I have Photoshop 7.0 and downloaded a brush from toad-stool.org. I've never used brushes before. Where should I save it and then how do I use it?

most likely you need to unzip the file, since most of the time they are zipped files that you download. After that you put the unzipped files into the brush folder from photoshop.

then start up photoshop and click on the brush tool. Open the brush palette and click on the little arrow in the top right corner to expand it. Choose "load brushes" and double click the file.

Maybe it is allready in the list anywayz when expanding the brush palette menu if you check the names at the bottom

I just thought I would add that the brushes folder by default can be found in Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop 7.0 > Presets > Brushes
