I need a 800pixel by 600pixel pic. But the Graphic pic I wanna use is too small and is always stayin at the top left corner when I put it in so it needs to b that size. I tryed but the image doesn't blink anymore. I want it to stay the same but bigger. If this software isn't for that type of graphics can u plzzz tell me which is good.

that image is an animated gif and is made up of more than one frame to form the animation. you have to open it in a program like animation shop which should have come with PSP, and then make each frame bigger and resave it as a .gif.
