left-hand box - where image can go in
left bottom box - blog
right side box - content and info about me

oh yea and umm will anyone volunteer to host me? im a beginner in html kind of.

instead of asking someone to make it for you, ask for how to make it yourself okay? :D... and if you want free hosting I suggest

I would agree with the above, but this is a very basic and brief outline of how you would do that with tables. Look at the tables section on lissa's site for more info on how to customise it.
