Hiya,

I have been trying to figure out how this is done. What i mean is when you use a background that has a pattern on, say like a lined pattern, and on your header graphic that also has the pattern on, but the thing is the two never seem to line up ,like fit together. I have seen people doing it but when i have tried i can never do it.

Does anyone know how it's done?

depends on the layout and the images being used.
