I need help with framesets.

I am trying to add a navigation bar to my site here. (http://www.geocities.com/briantheory/index2) It is located in the top frame, but it keeps moving.

Help?

How is it moving? It looks okay.... Do you want it the text to be in the center or something? :)

Well, if you try to highlight it and scroll it, it'll move.

Plus, it's hard to find it unless you look for it.

Oh, I see! I was using netscape and it looks perfect :D. Your frame is too small for the text. Just make it a couple pixels larger.
