I really do need a news managing system. Anything besides cutenews. It needs to let multiple users be able to log in, with their own account. And I can choose their rank and powers.

why don't you want to use cute news? it is capable of all those things that you just said. i know that movable type (http://movabletype.org) can have multiple users but you have to pay for the multi-user version.

I don't want cutenews because your hoster needs to support PHP.
I actually find one so never mind anyways. www.whois-online.net is one, snd it has many other things.

ah i see. well, you didn't specify that the news service had to be hosted elsewhere! there are tons of those but I am glad that you found one that you like!
