I'm looking for one of those lists that you tend to get sent to you in e-mails where you answer things like name, age, date of birth, eye colour and all that plus a load of other questions, which I could put onto an About Me page.

I used to know of a website that actually had a few of these and it used to be advertised on the banners here on this forum. I've not seen it for a while though so I don't think they advertise here anymore. I have a feeling it had 'kitten' in the title though.

Any help with this'd be great.
