ok im going to try to explaint his as best as possible... on a webpage when you click on one of your navigational links instead of opening a whole new page how do you make it so that a small window opens with all the text in the small box.

OR

How do you get the text on the other page to open right in the "blogger" section.... so instead of the blogger section being there when you click on the link you have the new text in the box of the link you just clicked on... understand? i hope
