It might just be that I'm bad with HTML or I'm really bad with Tables....

My problem is that my text is uhm....not in the right place I want it to be on. I want it lower under the bright part of the layout...does that help at all(I'm bad at describing)?

Top is the # of pixels from the top, and Left is the # of pixels from the left.
