*cringe* I have tried, tried, and tried SOME MORE to figure out what I'm doing in the Greymatter templates. I just can't. I know a fair amount of CSS..just not how to work it in greymatter. I've tried looking up tuts, but they do not give me what I want to know. If you go to my website here (http://www.blessed-pain.net/xneohelpx/) (it's not done, I was to deal with this stupid blog first) you see I've used <p class="nav"></p> codes to get the background/border on the catagories.. Well, how on earth would I go about putting that on the dates of my post? I've heard tables, and divs, but I just don't get it or where to put it. I also want my entry text aligned to the left and my date/mood/music to the right. Or just the date.. .sigh.. and I making sense? I've been looking for tuts for hours and I'm sleepy ._.; If anyone could please give me the code (meaning, the code, not saying you need to use divs/tables) it would be a great help..

it has been a long time ago since i used greymatter, but is there a field called "header"? if so, your css has to go there :) if not, describe what fields you do see etc so i can help you out ;)

Love,

Yes, theres header..footer..and sidebar. I know my CSS goes in the header but no matter what I do I can't get the effect I want with the dates.
