Can the other be another person? People are saying that pettigrew might be the other since he has created a bond with harry by harry saving his life and voldemort by voldemort giving pettigrew the hand...

I think the other can be Harry... I mean who knows? (other than jk that is...) maybe the prophecy isn't about harry and really neville... Maybe for Voldemort to die harry has to die... I dunno... its all a little confusing but what i find missing is that what bond would he have created with Neville? cause he gave Harry the scar right?! n e ways what do you guys think?

It was stated in the book that the prophecy does indeed refer to Harry, not Neville, because Voldemort marked Harry as his equal. The "neither can live while the other survives" is referring to Voldemort/Harry, too.
As for the Voldemort having to die as well as Harry...well...that is definetly up for speculation.
