Hi! for ne one who has the time to answer mai question.
How do I upload a file like a MIDI or just a jpeg onto mai server? i use internet explorer, is that my server? i have no idea wat it means wen it says i must first upload something onto my server, someone, help!!

upload it to your web host- like geocities, tripod, whatever host you use.

I suggest you read the basics section of lissaexplains.com- it explains hosts, browsers, etc.

also, it's easier to read people's posts if you spell things like 'my' correctly. just a tip if you want others to be more likely to help.

Most free hosting companies do not allow media types to be uploaded. Just keep that in mind

Sign up with Boomspeed.com (http://www.boomspeed.com) and you will get an account to store 1mb worth of files.. Once you login it's pretty simple how to upload and stuff.. They also alow offsite linking of images which i think you find useful being a newbie and all..

And internet exploer is not your server :) It's your browser.. tripod, geocities, boomspeed are hosts or "servers" for hosting your files :)
