Everytime I try to feed my pet at neopets or try to pick up the newbie pack or try to buy something, I get this error:

ERROR : Oops you have been directed to this page from the wrong place! If you KEEP getting this error, chances are you have some security settings enabled that are not letting you play Neopets correctly.

I wrote to the support team, but they weren't very helpful, I even got the same mail twice, even though I wrote a reply to the first mail.

I followed their instructions, but it still doesn't work. I think it started when we got XP, but I'm not sure.. I don't know what to do now, coz I'm addicted lol. Help..?
