You need to check with Xanga to see if they allow .htc files (a lot of hosts dont) but if they do you would just upload it in the same way you upload anything else to Xanga. I'm not a xanga user myself so i dont even know if you can upload anything, but if you cant you wont be able to use it i'm afraid.
