Hi! My name is Nicole and I have been doing web design for a few years. On my own, a bit of freelance designing for local businesses. I am Notepad junkie, but I'm having a slightly problem with doing the following... I can't remember how to code this scenario:

I hant to have a fixed background, but the main text content on a table that is over top of that, which the background is a cloudy transparent so you can still see the background.

I know how to fix the background, but the transparent or how to code the opacity of the table background is giving me a run for my money. Can any one help me?
