^ How do I make boxes like the orange and blue ones? The blue one that says "Cookie Dough Fundraising Options" and all the orange ones under it.

They're just graphics

I assume they get the links in the tabs by using image maps (http://www.lissaexplains.com/fun6.shtml)

then why can't you view it's properties or save it or any other stuff you can do with normal graphics?

i was able to click on it and save... right click on the far right at the top of the blue... that's where i clicked!

All I see that are graphics are the corners. I'm a bit confused as to how to make the whole box..the drop shadow..?

The entire box is a graphic. I even saved it to my computer to make sure. So you'll need to make the box in a graphics program and add the shadowing to it.

How do I add the words inside of it?

You would want to create the picture in Paintshop or whatever thing like that you have, using text boxes, colors, shadows... whatever you want it to look like. Do that all there. Then you use image maps to designate certain areas as linking to certain places.

They are sliced images, saved to the background in such a way that they stretch. I do it all the time.
