I need a scrollbar code, where only the track color is transparent. Is that possible?

well, it varies on if you are using divs, iframes or trying to do that for your whole page...

on this page, it tells how to acheive transparent scrollbars for iframes but you can use the same code for divs and probably the whole page but i have never tried that!
