Now when I click on the about me thing on the left frame.. it changes the frame page.. how do I make it so when i click on the link.. it goes into the right part (the black background) ? please please help me. Iv been trying this all day.

That frame is named 'right' but you have the target as 'rightside' so just change your link so its target="right" instead....
