All I can see is a question mark. I'm sure you don't mean that. Why don't you post a page it's on. or go to this site thats best resource i know for alt symbols.

she is talking about the black heart (alt+3) ♥ except for the one she did isn't all black, it's just got a black outline but isn't filled in. i didn't see on any of the charts i looked at either.
