Well i've got a tag board but its only a basic free one. I was just wondering if there was anyway i can change the colours cuz i've noticed on alot of websites they have one but the backgrounds are changed and stuff. Does that mean they paid for the upgrade ones?

well i got it off the website www.tag-board.com ? is there any better ones then? its just it sticks out on my webpage at the moment.

you should be able to change some of the colors from tag-board.com itself. then, when you are done doing that, you can change the input boxes stuff using CSS.
