How do you make animated gifs made in Jasc Animation Shop have transparent backgrounds? I know how to do this for normal gifs in PSP but I'm not sure how to do it with animated ones.

Well, it's pretty much the same with PSP. Make the background of all the images opposite of the image itself (same old same old) ... paste them into Animation Shop.

Select all of the images, then go to animation >> replace color.
