Hi! I am new to this group. I love this site but I am having a bit of a problem. I am new to this whole html stuff. I am tryin to make frames on my page. I currently use Easy Designer. I put the index. html code in my page saved as index. html. I also made two other pages saved as left.html and right.html. I don't know what i am suppose to do. The page keeps coming up blank. Either I am dumb or just missing something. I have read over instructions a million time. LOL. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Easy Designer, isn't that drag and drop? if so, if it's kinda similar to Pagebuilder from geocities.com then you can't use frames with that. You have to use straight html to make it work

if you DO use straight html then please post the code so that we can help you out :)

Based on what they're saying you're going to have to use notepad and type directly in Htlm and then upload it to your site. Lisa Explain's can help you a lot with the frames and direct Html. If you still don't get it just keep posting.

Okay so I type the code in notepad like the index.html page. then I uploade it in the page. and I do the same for the left and right.html pages. Now I don't know if you are familiar with easy designer. but you can only upload an image from your hard drive. There is also a section in the tool bar for html codes. That is where I have been puttin it.....So confused..LOL. I am begining to think I should use another host. Blah. Thanks again for being patient with me.

I'm don't know easy designer. I have my webpage with freeservers.com and with them I have something to where I can upload files to their servers (images, text, anything) and put it in a folder so I could upload index.html to the images folder and then it would be located at No Advertising Please. If you want to see my site with frames it's at No Advertising....Please read the rules. I know it looks a little odd but the site mostly just has family visiting and it's not done so not all of the links on the left work only 2.
