Can someone please give me step-by-step detailed instruction on setting up i-frames? I have looked everywhere and none of the tutorials make any sense at all. I would really appreciate this, thanks!

please, someone! i need help with inline-frames. on my website the background takes FOREVER to load, and my friend suggested to use inline-frames so that it doesn't take such a long time to load. could someone help me on how abouts to do this?
