i got this problem, like that other guy...
when i click a link using the flash navbar, (http://www.lissaexplains.com/flashnavbar.shtml)
it opens in a new window!!
i tried using a normal link and it works...
can someone plz help me??

in your frame setup coding page, look at the FRAME tag line. check what value you entered for the NAME property. you enter that same value in the last box at the bottom of lissa's flash navbar generator page you linked to in your post.

if that is a bit confusing or does not help, please post a link to your page that is not working so we can see your problem in action.
