I'd love to know how to make transparent looking scroll bars like i saw here http://emi.brightlycolored.net/ I don't even know what it's called to look it up anywhere. it's so cool

This may be wrong, but it looks like to me that the person just made a regular scrollbar, and placed the image over the scrollbar using Div's....

I don't think so b/c you can see the lines of the scrollbar over the picture. but that's a good idea though. maybe i'll try that too... i tried to e-mail them and ask how. But you know how that goes.

It might be a dhtml scrollbar. You can customize the colours.
