I was just messing around with PSP and made a disco ball kind of thing, All though I think I've seen a tutorial for it somewhere but I didnt read it..ANYWAY!

First get any image you want if its abstract then thats better but you can use anything.
Then go to Effects > Geometric Effects > Pixelate and change the settings to: Block Width - 20,Block Height - 20
Then go to Effectd > Geometric Effects > Circle
Click OK and your done!
