what doesn't work, what error does it show you (if it shows you anything at all). What is the code you used? did you saved as .htaccess and not .htaccess.txt ?

does your host even support .htaccess?

I save it as .htacces, yes, but just shows... nothing, I mean, it doesn't show the normal 404 error page, it shows the kind of pages that tells u to go to the domain webpage...

And about if the host supports it... I had never thought about... I may have a look ^^U

Make sure the page is over 10k...otherwise they just show up the default 404 apparently.
