is there a website that lists all the different css filters for links? ive seen some that sparkle... and some that dissolve, but i cant find where you get the filters at. :(
id really like to look at the different ones and use them for layouts im making. i really want the sparkly one... could someone help please?

I really don't think thats css you need, actually like javascript or Dhtml is what you want.

Try that out they have flashing links and rainbow links and bunch of other stuff. Try Links & tooltips or Text animations first.
