i dont think neopets cares about its users because on the referral program thing they sent me a neomail saying that i got an rare item but when i looked in my inventory i didnt get it! and then i contact them but i never got an answer or get the item since!!! did this ever happen to anyone? and if so did u get your items?

I havnt gone on neopets in a year or so, but I always got my refferal items :) Perhaps there was just a bug in the site?

Bug...meaning a problem with the site. :) Sometimes things like that happen. How long ago did you email them about it? Sometimes they get alot of emails and cant respond to each individual problem. ;)

You're welcome... :) I used to be obsessed with neopets....then I discovered forums...and neopets is now a thing of the past for me....I spend my online time working at my site and being a valued (at least I hope) member of 4 forums. (including my own) ;)
