OK, I renamed all my files with the .SHTML extension. I made the text file with my html code in it. I put the <!--#include file="" --> code on each page. BUT when I access my pages it shows a blank space where the nav bar and header are supposed to be. WHAT'S WRONG???? If someone wants to take a look at the page I'm having issues with it's http://www.pawsnpals.net/newsite/aboutus.shtml I can't figure it out. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the file you're including should be .txt, not .html :)

if you are on the doteasy "zero" dollar hosting plan, i don't think that SSI commands are available to you...
http://www.doteasy.com/Services/WebHosting/
it costs $45 per 6 months.
