i'm having trouble with a normal popup window!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was wondering where do you put the script????????

do you put it in the page of the pop up you want to link to or the actual pop up itself????

and everytime i wanna open the popup it doesn't work!!!!!!!

can someone give me a correct code???

It's explained all right there, dont place this coding on the page that pops up, place it on the page that will make the pop up pop.
