those are usually layouts with......
graphics [yea lol i was drawing a blank...] and they make it in lets say... psp or adobe.... and then they juss start working! theres a graphics part of the forum too if you need help there...

i kno how to make graphics im good there its just like how they get the div small and ont he side and how they get like an image map a think its called for like claf and log out and stuff..... i dunno how to do that stuff
