can someone please tell me where I can find a background like this? i looked on this girls layout page and she has the code for the layout and stuff but the background doesnt work?

and when i tried to go to the url of the image this "blogring.net" thinger was there? does anyone know if theres anywhere else i can find that background? thanks a bunch!
