The only two options that come to mind are opening the image in an image editing program and resizing it. Such as PhotoShop, PSP etc. or making a thumbnail of the image. I'm also wondering, did you make that image? or take it from somewhere/someone? Because you could be freely distributing copyrighted work if it isn't your own. And if you did make the image you may want to consider making people link to you in order to use the image, which would boost your hits.

yeah i have a code for the layout but when i put it in the box it just makes another layouyt so how do i make it so its just code?
