no it wouldn't.

Stealing is when you copy a picture/movie from another site WITHOUT PERIMISION onto your site.
When you give a link on your site to a cool picture/movie it is NOT stealing.

Of course if a webmaster says that it is ok to use CERTAIN FILES then you may use them on your website. That is ONLY if they say that it is OK to use the file.
