The background you are using is only going to look right the way it is. It's not big enough to not be tiled.

To get your info out of the text box, you need to close it after your write what you want.

How big dose it need to be to be streched?

I think it looks nice tiled. But if want it to fit, you'd need to make the picture at least 800x600, so I suggest that you just add lots more of the blue around the borders until it's big enough.
