Does anyone know a good tutorial or could anyone tell me how to do the streaky thing found here: http://www.nevay.net. I want to know how to do the streaky thing that's used in the background behind the blog in PSP 7, so if anyone knows how I can do that, please let me know!!

Basically, all they did there was copy the very bottom 1 pixel of the header, and set it as their background image. (i.e. the background image is 1px tall by however many pixels wide the header is.)

You can easily do this in PSP by using the Canvas Size tool, crop it to 1px tall and however many pixels wide the image is, click on the down arrow in the little box, and press ok. Then save it and set it as your background. :)

Well I found a tutorial a long time ago that told how to do it in the animation shop part of PSP7 and now I don't know where the tutorial is!

Does it really matter whether you do it in PSP or Animation Shop? I'm guessing it comes out the same way, I don't see why you'd need an animation program to do it.

Well when I do it in PSP7 there's no down arrow to choose!

If there isn't a down arrow, another option is to select the bottom pixel of the background image manually using the rectangle selection tool, then press Shift+R to crop the image.

okay... i can do this in photoshop so hopefully it is the same way... in psp, crop the very bottom of the image i assume you know how to do that... then, click on the crop tool again. in photoshop, it comes upwith a window that says do you want to crop so see if it works in PSP

the image isn't moving so there is no point in making in animation shop.
