Im not sure if this goes in javascript or not, but is there such a code that will allow the scrollbar to only show the arrows so that there is no slider or outline? do you even know what i mean? if you do, could you please tell me the code or where i could find it? Thanks Alot!

1 of the only ways is 2 change the colors to match ur background so they blend and then have different arrow colors

The other way is to create your own scrollbar....
