And at the bottom of the page i where it says home, layouts, pers. pics, contact, etc. i want to have links there. Its actually at the top of this page too where it says html help, cursors, etc. please help me!

okay i got the image map part done. thank you so much! but there is another problem... when you click on the link it takes you to a new page without the layout and i want the linked page to come up inside my Iframe, how do you do that??

in your links, you need to target your frame:

target="framename"

and in your frame code somewhere there is name="framename"

make sure both names are the same.
