Sorry if this has been posted before, but I was wondering how you change the regular vertical scroll bar to a horizontal one?

Do you have an example? I might be wrong, but I don't think you can change one into the other. You either have a vertical SB, a horizontal SB, or both at the same time. Sorry if I'm wrong :D

it depends on the content of your site. as the contents go beyond the viewing range, scrollbars will appear to accomodate. that goes for up/down as well as right/left.
