Hey, on my layout i have a picture..i want a border like this. at the moment im downloading a trial of PSP 8 and hopefully i can use this to get the border on the image i want.

It looks like they used a filter called Xenofex's burnt edges which is an additional product that can be added to PSP. You can find it at Alien Skins (www.alienskin.com/xenofex/xenofex_main.html ) .

You can search for a tutorial on how to add plugins to PSP and use Xenofex here (http://www.psplinks.com) .
