I really hope someone, ANYone can help me. I contacted Jasc and they've asked me to try every but stick my thumb up my <bleep> and spin around to get this thing to work.

I can do any animation in psp and bring it into Animation Shop, and they work fine, HOWEVER when I try to use one of Animation Shop's effects (on a picture, a psp image, or on basic text made IN animation shop), it freaks out in the preview, and locks up.

Like I said, I contacted Jasc and they had me remove it from the register key, uninstall, re-install, and they are just as confused as I am, and can't offer me any more help.

If anyone experienced this problem, and has some kind of resolution, please contact me!

Have you tried saving the images at gif's first and then using the saved images in animation wizard and THEN applying the effects to them? I have no idea if that would help or not, I just thought maybe the file size might have been overloading the preview.

I'm running Windows XP home edition. I have an HP Pavilion. It's so weird as I can import my own animations (frames) and make them work, but it won't do animation shop's animations! It's driving me crazy!

And Jane, thank you for your input, but that's not it. Like I said, it happens even when I start a new animation (100x100 pixels), use only the text tool, try to insert animation effect via animation shop's tool, and it freezes. But thanks for responding. I appreciate any input I can get.
