I need to know how you make a colored rectangle with a colored outline in PS7. i already know how to to make colored rectangles w/o the outline. Thanks!

i messed around with it and i put each rectangle on it's own layer and then i added a stroke effect to each layer to make it have an outline...

so double click on the layer, then as last choice you will see "stroke" check that and click on it for more options (such as pixel width colour etc)
