On some peoples websites their pictures are kinda smudged or blurred...like they are kinda transparent...does anyone know the code?? thanks

there is no code for that, they probably used different effects in whatever graphics program they used.

u can use photoshop by Adobe (http://adobe.com) go to www.splashanime.cjb.net for some animation sites with pics and graphics made by photoshop. but photoshop is atleast $500.
