I'm not sure what this 'effect' is called, but what it does is...when you click on a link the page pixelates and clears to the next page.

I know that's not a good description, but I'm trying to get that on my journal, I don't even know if the the code is really CSS (I'm asuming because GJ.com only allows CSS).

I'll try to find an example.
