How do I make an image made by me have a URL?

Ex: I make an image in Photoshop 7.0, and I want to use it as a background in my LiveJournal. But to do that, I need to make it have a URL. How do I do that?

You need to upload it to a server...i recommend photobucket.com but if you search the forum for 'image hosts' you should get other links too. Just sign up, login, upload the image you made and it will give you the URL for it :)
