there u go ive uploaded the zip file with it in to my webspace heres the link for it http://homepage.ntlworld.com/thedarkone.207/files/hailie_jade.zip just download it then unzip it,

ps make sure if the image isnt in the same place as the html (same folder) to change the img src.
