How can you do animation stuff with photoshop or paint shop pro 07 ...

i mean how do you words blinking or picture blinking on your banner and etc... ???

You can't, you'll need an animation program like Animation Shop (usually comes with PSP) or ImageReady (Adobe).

i hab both of them... imageready and animation shop ... how do you make it there ?

you add each picture of your animation in a different frame. You can change the speed of the animation and transition stuff and then you can see it by playing the animation
