Ok, I love backgrounds like the one here: http://not-that-cool.net/ but I don't know how to make one. Or the steps going about designing my own. Can somone help me or show me where a tutorial is? Thanks much.

I'm not sure if this is how that person did it, but I would create a new image, 5 x 5 pixels. Zoom in on it allllll the way, then use the paintbrush or draw tool to draw your lines. Now, save that image, upload it, and set it as your background.

Another way to do it is using the Blinds effects (effects >> texture>> blinds) . Take your image and then chose the colors, width and opacity for the lines. Also, make sure the horizontal box is checked. :P
