How do people make those video icons that are in many single video frames that they move like a video? I have Adobe Premiere and Jasc Animation shop 3... is that good enough or do I need something else?

it's not actually a video, it's an animated .gif that loops itself over and over again.

basically just create a bunch of same-sized icons where some small thing changes, and then when you put it all together in an animation program, it'll be animated. I'm not sure if you can use Premier to create an animated .gif, tho
